We currently ship within Canada. Prescription lenses are made to order; we will email you tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Returns and exchanges
If you are not happy with your glasses, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Glasses must be returned in their original condition with the case. Contact us to start a return.
Prescription issues
If your new glasses do not feel right, contact us within 30 days. We will check your lenses against your prescription and remake them if they were not made correctly.
