What do I need to order prescription glasses online?
A current glasses prescription showing SPH, CYL and AXIS for each eye (plus ADD for progressives or readers) and your pupillary distance (PD). You can also choose to send your prescription after checkout.
How do I find my pupillary distance?
Check your prescription or ask your optician. You can also measure it at home with a ruler and a mirror.
Can I use my contact lens prescription?
No. Contact lens prescriptions are measured for lenses that sit on the eye, so the values differ. Please use a glasses prescription.
Do blue light glasses work?
Blue-light lenses filter part of the blue light emitted by screens and, with anti-glare, reduce reflections. Many people find them more comfortable for long screen sessions. They do not replace regular eye exams.
Can I order glasses without a prescription?
Yes. Choose non-prescription lenses on any frame, including blue-light and sunglass lenses.
How long does delivery take?

Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders over $75 within Canada. Standard shipping is $9.95 below that.
What if my glasses do not fit?

Can I claim my glasses on insurance?
Every order includes an itemized receipt that you can submit to your vision benefits provider. Check your plan for what it covers.
