Every Specsly frame is covered for 12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects, such as broken hinges or welds that fail in normal use.
Not covered
- Accidental damage, scratches or loss
- Normal wear, such as worn nose pads
- Repairs or adjustments made by a third party
Making a claim
Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. If the frame is faulty we will repair or replace it.
